They were also very easy to contact when things changed, due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, such as road closures, weather related cancellations and not meeting optimal passenger quotas for some of our tours. Chelsea tried to find alternative solutions, which were greatly appreciated. Some things that may be helpful for future planning of this package: 1. Inform customers that Sudima Auckland is a Vegan Restaurant during the evening meal times. We were caught off guard by this. We did find a restaurant close by that we really enjoyed. 2. For the customers arriving at Sudima Auckland before check-in time, early breakfast on that day is an extra charge. Most restaurants do not open before 10 am. We were find with this, although we did not have the breakfast on the day we left, due to an early pick up time. We still were charged for that breakfast. Could the hotel change this, so that the customer arriving before check-in can have breakfast and have it billed to their room before the check-in time and then not get billed for the breakfast on the day they check-out, if the check-out is before the timing of breakfast. The selection of hotels was great. The rooms were always clean and suited our needs. They are in fantastic locations. They made it easy to just walk around and get to restaurants, sites, transit, and provided unbelievable views of the cities and countryside. Every thing else went extremely well. Please give all the tour guides and personnel from the tour companies, an extremely well done, from us. They all made our trip very memorable.

Read moreWe completed a personalised 21 day South Island Self Drive Tour in February/March 2024. The itinerary was created by Jon (Discover New Zealand) in consultation with us and our wish list. The creation of an itinerary was giving us a headache but this was no problem for Jon who has an intimate knowledge of New Zealand. Jon arranged good quality self catering accommodation, car hire, activities and tours including the train trip from Greymouth to Christchurch. There was prompt communication between ourselves and Jon at all times before and during our trip. Nothing was too much trouble for him to check or organise. With the use of the downloaded itinerary app everything during the trip worked very smoothly and we had a very enjoyable hassle-free holiday, capturing all the major sights and attractions of the South Island. The tour started and finished in Queenstown. I would definitely use this company again for future travels in New Zealand.

Their New Zealand app is so easy to use and so full of information. Read moreI got Inside Australia to plan our wine tour of Barossa.. It was actually 3 days trip for 6 of us .. which includes Handorf, the German Town and some wineries nearby there. The actual wine tour started on the 3rd day which covers all the premium wineries like Yalumba, Henschke and Penfold which was requested by us..we skipped mc claren vale thou it was included in our tour free n easy as there were too many good wineries in Barossa. Awesome. We enjoyed. Transportation was good from the pick up at the airport till dropping us back to the airport. Accomadation excellent especially the 1 night stay at Barossa shiraz estate. Fully recommended this property. Only disappointment was the lunch and hope we will get a better place and meal next time.. Overall I will give 5 star to the service provided by Inside Australia and big Thanks to Hannah who assisted me throughout my planning... Looking forward to another one maybe NZ next time.

I booked my airlines from California to Australia 6 months in advance, although procrastinated until 3 weeks before my travel date to arrange accommodations. When I got on line to do this, I found out it is the beginning springetime there in November. I spent 5 days on line attempting to book accomodations, to find out everywhere I wanted visit was booked. I pannicked and considered cancelling my trip. At the last minute, I decided to contacted travel agengcies, which was on the Sunday before my flight. The only one to respond on Sunday was Izabela Speedy. She was considerate and understanding of my situation and familiar with the areas I wanted to see. After 3 days of review and adjustments, Izabela completed a comprehensive itinerary to these areas with accomodation, tours and travel arrangements booked. I hope I've expressed to Izabela, the appreciation for her support of my bucket list travel to Australia. Izabela Speedy is my new best friend, Larry Blevins

Even offered different options if we wanted to experience a bit more off the beaten path. Perfect suggestions such as a stop off at Palm Cove beach for a quick swim in between destinations.
